When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your box to you as soon as possible. Where possible, we ship your box within 2-3 business days of placing your order. This may vary slightly as we prepare fresh new themes each month. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification and Royal Mail 2nd class postage can take up to 3 days. If you need your box post-haste, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see what we can do for you.
How much is delivery within the UK?
We ship our LoLA boxes via Royal Mail with 2nd class postage. In 2018 this costs 2.85 GBP, but this may change according to Royal Mail and its Terms and Conditions.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
With our initial product launch in the UK, we currently only deliver to UK addresses. In the near future, we will expand this to other countries, so please get in touch to keep updated.
What is your policy on returns?
Please check our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information. We are happy to return damaged or faulty products. As our boxes include sealed art materials, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on unsealed and used products. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
We hate to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription anytime after your initial payment. You can cancel your deliveries from the Manage Subscriptions page. Click on ‘Login’ to enter your account page, where you can ’Edit / Upgrade / Cancel’ your subscriptions. If you’ve already paid for your next order, that will be the final box you receive and no further charges will be made.
What if there is a problem with my order/product?
We do our best to ensure that your LoLA box is in perfect condition when it leaves us! If you are missing items or if your box looks damaged (which can sometimes happen in transit) just give us a shout and we’ll get the problem fixed as quickly as we can! Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Will a single box be enough for two children?
We include generous amounts of high-quality materials in all our boxes to accommodate two children.
Of course, you can also purchase individual subscriptions for each child so they can open their own package each month!
Will the activities work for my Toddler?
Our Lots of Lovely Art boxes are designed for 4+ year old children. However, in each box we offer tips on how you can tailor the activities to suit younger children. We highly recommend you do these activities together with your child as many arts and crafts products can be dangerous for young children if not used properly – especially for under 3 year olds.
Can I give a Lots of Lovely Art box as a gift?
Absolutely! LoLA boxes make wonderful gifts that keep on giving! Simply visit our Boxes page and make your box selection (one-off box, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription). Then, provide details such as the child’s name and shipping address. We can prepare a personalized note in your gift box, and all the beautiful tissue paper adds to the surprise!
Do I need to be in to receive my box?
No, you don’t. Our LoLA boxes are small packages and are perfectly designed to fit through a standard size letterbox, so they’re popped through your door by your usual postman!
When does my subscription payment take place?
We initially bill you at the time you place your order. For subscribers, we bill on the same day of each month. If you make a payment on the 15th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the following month. If you place an order on the 31st of the month and the following month does not contain this day, you will be billed on the closest day to the end of the month (for example the 30th, or the 28th if in February for example).
