Creative Colour Art Box
In this box we look at colour in art and a few key styles that resonate: Fauvism with its strong colours and fierce brushwork; Colour Field painting characterised by large areas of colour; and the achromatic colours Black and White – when an artist has ready access to every possible hue, the absence of colourcan be all the more thought-provoking!
What is the Creative Colour Box?
People’s theories about colour could fill several encyclopaedias! However, there are three ideas that are particularly useful: the idea of the colour wheel; of colour harmony; and of how colours are used. In this box, we investigate all three, from cardboard colour fields and pouring puddles of colour, rainbow faces and luscious landscapes, to op-art hands and colour wheel flowers. With the ideas and projects in this art box you will create bright and bold pieces of art work!

- Clear instructions on seven art projects, appropriate for children of any age (4 years and over), with tips to tailor each project for Little Ones.

What art materials will I receive?
This box includes a set of water-colour tube paints, a paintbrush, a pipette, coloured paper and water-colour paper.

When will my box be delivered?
