A magical art box filled with artist-inspired projects will arrive at your door every month! With a Little Ones 3-month subscription, a box will be delivered directly to you in the first week of three successive months.
Each box is filled with high-quality art materials and clear and simple instructions describing fun creative projects for younger children. A special section lists suggested reading and related museum and gallery visits. Lots of quality art materials are included. There is plenty for one child (and sometimes enough for two if you can add a few things from home).
During your subscription, the leftover paints, oil pastels, glues etc, will build up your child’s store of art supplies. Some can be used time and time again – allowing children to experiment with their newly learned techniques.
The box is designed to fit perfectly through a standard letterbox. On opening it, under layers of tissue paper, there is everything required for three art projects and some further process-led activities. There is no need to waste time sourcing materials and scouring for that elusive water-based ink!
The artists in the LoLA boxes are linked to books, films, exhibitions or recommended art trips. Seeing an artist’s work in print or hanging on a wall reinforces projects that children have been doing that month, and solidifies their understanding of the themes.
The subscription is not automatically renewed and you can cancel at any time.

What materials will I receive?
Each box includes a variety of quality art materials, a generous amount for one child (and sometimes enough for two if you can add a few things from home).
Boxes include materials such as acrylic paint, water-paints, inks, soft pastels, oil pastels, pencils, glue, beads, pom-poms, stickers, craft gems, ribbons, water-colour paper, black card, decorative papers…
Art materials in the Little Ones boxes may differ in that they are tweaked to be age appropriate. For example, colourful drawing inks may be replaced with chubby marker paints, oil paints with poster paints…
The subscription is a gift, can I add a personalised card in the first box?
Yes! At checkout in the ‘Order notes’ section, please do let us know if the subscription is a gift, who the box is for and any personal note you would like us to write for you. For Christmas presents, you can opt for their first box to be sent on December 1st if you would prefer, just let us know in this section.
