Artists have drawn (and been drawn to) flowers for centuries. What is inside the Fantastic Flower Box?
Artists have used flowers to talk about joy and madness, and about beauty and sadness. For flowers have their own language: in art, as in life, roses signify love, and lilies, beauty. People give flowers as an expression of their emotions, to say things like “I love you” or “I’m sorry”… And the colours of flowers also mean different things: red often represents love; yellow, friendship; and blue, peace.
In this box we learn how to look at, paint, make and collage all sort of flowers, inspired by artists past and present.

What art materials will I receive?
This box includes a set of poster paints, a paint-brush, PVA glue, sun-print paper, coloured paper and water-colour paper

When will my box be delivered?
