Places where kids can eat for free
To celebrate our Fabulous Food box this month we thought we’d pass on some info on where kids can eat for free:
Kids under 10 can eat for free at Hix Soho, Tramshed in Shoreditch and also at Hixter Bankside. All children must order off the kids’ menu, be accompanied by a dining adult, and order between 4pm and 6pm on Monday to Friday, or from noon to 6pm at the weekend.
The Real Greek
Sunday is a great day to treat your little ones to traditional Greek fare. London’s 10 Real Greek restaurants offer under 12s a free meal, a drink and an ice cream from the children’s menu for every adult who spends over £10.
At the Barbican’s galleries, families can choose from a wide range of options in the art centre’s family-friendly ground floor restaurant: sandwiches, hand-made pizzas and hot specials all come from the open kitchen. One child under 12 can eat free for every adult ordering a main meal.
These Japanese restaurants are offering a free main meal, side dish and drink to under 12s with an accompanying adult who is eating, with the option of adding a dessert for just £1.50. Main dishes include pumpkin and chicken katsu curry, veggie noodles, a katsu bao burger and chicken teriyaki.
