All the things we are usually asked
If you can't find the answer to your question below, then please do contact us on email@example.com!
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your box to you as soon as possible. We will post your box within 24hrs of your purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification and depending on the shipment option chosen, the postman will put it through your door!
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to Europe and North America. If you have trouble with locating your country on our system, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
What is your policy on returns?
Please check our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information. As our boxes include sealed art materials, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on unsealed and used products. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
We hate to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription anytime after your initial payment. You can cancel your deliveries from the Manage Subscriptions page. Click on ‘Login’ to enter your account page, where you can ‘Edit / Cancel’ your subscriptions. If you’ve already paid for your next order, that will be the final box you receive and no further charges will be made.
What if there is a problem with my order/product?
We do our best to ensure that your LoLA box is in perfect condition when it leaves us! If you are missing items or if your box looks damaged (which can sometimes happen in transit) just give us a shout and we’ll get the problem fixed as quickly as we can! Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Will a single box be enough for two children?
We include generous amounts of high-quality materials in all our boxes to accommodate two children. Paints, oil pastels etc can be shared but you may need to add in paper from home.
Of course, you can also purchase individual subscriptions for each child so they can open their own package each month!
My child is 5, which box should I buy?
LoLA for Little Ones is aimed at children age 3+, while LoLA boxes is aimed at children 6+.
If your child is 5, it depends on their ability or interest in art. The LoLA for Little Ones projects are shorter, more tactile hands-on activites whereas the LoLA projects have slightly longer more detailed projects.
If your child has the ability to sit down and concentrate on their artwork for an hour, you may want to go for LoLA boxes. However, if you have to keep helping them to understand how to use the materials throughout that hour, it might be worth sticking to the LoLA for Little Ones until they are 6.
Can I give a Lots of Lovely Art box as a gift?
Absolutely! LoLA boxes make wonderful gifts that keep on giving! Simply visit our Boxes page and make your box selection. Then, provide details such as the child’s name and shipping address. We can prepare a personalized note in your gift box, and all the beautiful tissue paper adds to the surprise!
Do I need to be in to receive my box?
No, you don’t. Our LoLA boxes are perfectly designed to fit through a standard size letterbox, so they’re popped through your door by your usual postman!
When does my subscription payment take place?
We initially bill you at the time you place your order. For subscribers, we bill on the same day of each month. If you make a payment on the 15th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the following month. If you place an order on the 31st of the month and the following month does not contain this day, you will be billed on the closest day to the end of the month (for example the 30th, or the 28th if in February for example).
If I subscribe, when will I receive my first box?
Your first box will be posted to you within 24 hrs of your order. For the months after, subscriptions are sent out on the 1st of the month.
So if you subscribed on the 15th, you will receive your first box straight away, and then the next box on the 1st of the next month. However, if you order late in the month, from the 27th onwards, we will send you the next month’s box on the 1st.
